Cellar Notes: 2024 was our 4th year of whimsical experimentation with coferments…This time around we threw some Chardonnay in with some Pinot Noir & let it rip. The resulting wine needed some smoothing out, so a bit of Carignane was added prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes: A strong cherry/strawberry essence with floral notes & herbal edges. The palate is mellow & silky with a slightly chalky tannin presence & bright red fruits leaning into a mango iced tea finish.
